Gmail (SMTP/IMAP)
Use these settings when connecting Gmail via Connect any email (SMTP/IMAP) in ClientHunter. For one-click sign-in we also support Gmail OAuth from the Accounts page. This guide is for the SMTP/IMAP option.

| Port | 587 (TLS) or 465 (SSL) |
| Secure | Yes |
| User | Your full Gmail address (e.g. you@gmail.com) |
| Password | App Password (recommended if 2FA is on) |

|---|---|
| Host | imap.gmail.com |
| Port | 993 |

App password
- Turn on 2-Step Verification for your Google account.
- Go to App passwords and create a new app password for "Mail" (or "Other" and name it "ClientHunter").
- Use the 16-character password in both SMTP Password and IMAP Password in ClientHunter.
Without 2FA, Google may block sign-in. Using an app password is the recommended and secure way to connect. Create an App Password.
