Outlook / Microsoft 365 (SMTP/IMAP)
Use these settings when connecting Outlook.com or Microsoft 365 via Connect any email (SMTP/IMAP) in ClientHunter.
SMTP (sending)

App password (if you use 2FA)
- Go to Microsoft Account Security.
- Under Security basics → Advanced security options, open Create a new app password.
- Create a new app password and use it for both SMTP and IMAP in ClientHunter.
Some work/school (Microsoft 365) accounts may have IMAP/SMTP disabled by the administrator. If connection fails, check with your IT team or use another account.
